Robert C. Rathsam

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

In 2009, Robert C. Rathsam joined Interface Solutions, Inc. as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in financial management, accounting and operations, Mr. Rathsam brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. His most recent positions include CFO for Charter Homes Building Company where he was responsible for all financial, accounting and reporting activities as well as inventory and purchasing control. Prior to Charter Homes Building Company, Mr. Rathsam was Executive Vice President, CFO for Kerr Group where he directed strategic planning, merger and acquisition analysis, accounting and treasury functions as well as internal and external financial reporting. While with Kerr Group, he was involved with eight manufacturing plants and integrated four acquisitions. Mr. Rathsam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Millersville University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
